Arriana Huffington came to the public’s attention when her husband, Republican Michael Huffington, ran for a California Senate seat. Working alongside Newt Gingrich, she became a popular conservative commentator before suddenly switching sides. With the help of right-wing flame thrower Andrew Breitbart, she created the Huffington Post. Lately, she is playing the role of a left-wing agitator throwing bombs at President Obama. Apparently, President Obama isn’t liberal enough and liberals should be very upset with him. Her attempt to dampen the enthusiasm of the Democratic base, I suppose.

Her latest salvo at President Obama? Apparently, it is “despicable” to mention that the man responsible for killing almost 3000 Americans, Osama bin Laden, is dead, and that President Obama is responsible for that fact– Huffington is siding with Mitt Romney on this one.  I’d say she has a pretty big crush on the guy who said that bin Laden wasn’t a big priority for him. I suppose after getting $300 million for her website from AOL, Huffington’s running with her same old friends now.    Read more at Politico
