Paul Ryan Appears on Extremist Radio and Spouts John Birch Society Garbage

The John Birch Society headquarters are just up the road from Paul Ryan’s Wisconsin Congressional district. This forgotten extremist group is still going strong and obviously has a follower in Paul Ryan. Ryan appeared on fellow Bircher Glenn Beck’s radio program and called progressivism “a cancer” on the country. These are the same words that Robert Welch, the founder of the John Birch Society, used back in the 1960′s toward Democrats and liberals. Welch was discredited, considered a far right nut, a racist who accused almost everybody of being a Communist, including most of the Presidents of the United States.
