Yes, I Went There
on June 25th, 2012 at 12:43 amJust to show that BaracksBackers.com is in no way affiliated with President Obama’s official campaign, we are announcing a new hashtag, #YesIWentThere. Twitter users know all about hashtags, they’re used in tweets as a way to group common ideas or themes. Some of my favorites are #WarOnWomen, #Obama2012, and #Forward. When you search for these strings on Twitter, anybody who’s using them will show up in the results. You get the idea.
#YesIWentThere is for all my tweets that deal with issues that I care about, that America yearns to talk about, but that the Obama campaign, other Democrats, the press, or the opposition doesn’t want to talk about. This election seems to driven by fear about talking about certain issues, things like Bain Capital, Romney’s childhood, Mormonism, and other topics which certain elites have ruled off limits. I don’t think so. That’s the great thing about America, it’s a free country and I’ll talk about what I want.
For those supporters who disagree, all I can say is they probably need to read these tweets/posts the most.
